AYE DEFY ​partners with individuals, collectives & institutions to: ask questions & offer solutions that help define & clarify stories in order to reach their desired demographic. Simultaneously, we advocate for equity, inclusion & empowerment in front of & behind the scenes of theatre, television & film.

AYE DEFY continually asks, "What is the responsibility of the Artist?"; in order to counteract & disrupt the expectation of entertainment solely as consumption. We believe art is an outlet through which we can actively engage with the politics of our bodies & minds in community with others.

Using the tools of Positive Psychology in accordance with our founding principle of joy as a practice, the partnerships AYE DEFY takes on will allow us to embody best practices for functioning authentically in our individual artistic communities, as well as the larger local & global communities we are all a part of.
